The development and sustainability of undergraduate and graduate education quality in accordance with the determined quality principles of the university, taking into account all stakeholder expectations, in a way that can compete in regional, national and international areas.

Quality Assurance Policy

To ensure that students and faculty members follow contemporary developments and continue their teaching activities in an environment where they can contribute to these developments, to strengthen scientific studies and to provide an innovative understanding.

Academic Research and Development Policies

- To provide the necessary administrative, managerial and motivational support for faculty members to produce interdisciplinary scientific works, both internationally and nationally,

- To ensure that notable works and research are introduced in the best way possible at national and international levels,

- To encourage the development of research projects according to needs at regional, national and international levels.

Education, Teaching and Student Policies

-Developing teaching programs to be student-centered, output/result-oriented and application-oriented,

-Organizing orientation meetings for new students at the beginning of each new academic year to introduce the faculty and department,

-Including student opinions and suggestions in internal evaluation activities,

-Increasing the number of applications for courses given within the departments and ensuring that students gain practice,

-Encouraging Student Exchange Programs (Erasmus-Mevlana) and increasing the number of students benefiting from these programs.

Regional and Social Contribution Policies

To act as a stakeholder in sharing scientific knowledge in the field of field crops with public institutions, organizations and businesses in the Eskişehir region,

- To carry out studies that will produce solutions for the social, cultural and economic problems of the region,

- To establish collaborations with industrial and service organizations of the region that will contribute more to the development of the region,

- To produce policies that will increase the added value of local products by conducting research at regional and national levels, to create employment accordingly and to carry out studies that will contribute to their transformation into commercial products,

- To take part in strengthening the personnel of public institutions and organizations and businesses in the region,

- To cooperate with the Chamber of Agricultural Engineers, Chambers of Agriculture, Commodity Exchange, NGOs and companies in the region,

- To contribute to the inventory of public institutions and organizations in the region,

- To share knowledge and experience with public institutions and organizations and businesses in the region.
